QRVivid

Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 October 2026

These terms are the rules for using qrvivid.com. QRVivid is a small business in Hong Kong, run by one person. If you need our full legal name and postal address, email [email protected] and we will give them to you.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. What QRVivid is

QRVivid is a free tool that makes QR codes in your browser, including codes with your own photo in them. There are no accounts and no paid plans. Ads pay for the site.

2. Your codes are yours

3. Your part

You agree:

You are responsible for the codes you make and where they lead.

4. Test before you print

Every code is scanned in your browser before you download it. That check helps a lot, but it cannot promise that every phone, camera, screen, printer or material will read the code. Always scan a test print with a few phones before printing many copies.

5. No guarantee

The site is free and given “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to keep it working and correct, but we do not promise that it will always be online, free of mistakes, or right for your purpose.

6. Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows:

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited, for example as a consumer, or our responsibility for fraud or for death or injury caused by our negligence.

7. Ads and other websites

The site shows ads from Google and its partners, and has links to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or sell. See our Privacy Policy for how ads use data.

8. Our content

The site’s design, text, sample pictures and code belong to QRVivid. You may not copy the site or its text without our permission. The codes you make are yours (see section 2).

9. Changes

We may change the site or these terms. If we change the terms, we will update the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Hong Kong. Courts in Hong Kong can decide disputes, but if you are a consumer you may also use the courts where you live.

11. Contact

Questions: [email protected]. To report a harmful code: [email protected].
